Author Archives

And finally we have functional author archives.

It will be nice when author archives are properly integrated into Movable Type, but for now it involves creating an new master index for each author and doing a little cut and paste to each file.

Author URLs now redirect to each author's archive page. Had to perform a hack on the MT code to remove the annoying target=blank from each author URL, so that was a new experience. Just have to remember what I did when the next version of MT gets installed.
