"So where're we going?"
Dawn snuggled up to Spike, sighing in contentment when his arm snaked around her shoulder. "How about somewhere warm and sunny, with no demons?"
She raised her head in time to catch Spike raising his eyebrow.
"Just kidding." She giggled, returning her head to his shoulder. "You decide. I'm just happy you're here."
Keeping his eyes on the road, Spike leaned over and kissed the top of her head. "Some place far away from any magical jewelry?"
"Exactly. No Slayers. No amulets. Nothing but us."
He kissed her again. "Think I like the sound of that."
