by Red Wolf"Andrew?"
"Mmm..." Andrew answered distractedly as he flipped through the bin's contents.
Rachel followed Andrew as he worked his way along the aisle. "When you asked if I'd come Xmas shopping with you, this isn't what I expected." She was still hoping to find something special for Declán and lurking in the dank basements of comic shops wasn't helping with her plans.
"I'm doing this for Xander. Remember that it was your pet demons who ate his comics."
One more hour, Rachel promised herself, but after that she'd be telling the Retjulls exactly where to find Andrew's Star Wars dolls.

Every time I read one of your Andrew drabbles, I'm gripped with the urge to watch every single Buffy ep that he's in. Seriously. ::g:: — via LiveJournal

Aww, he's finding back issues for Xander. Of course, this is probably only to save his own skin, and I'm sure he's buying stuff for himself at the same time, but still.
He just shouldn't have asked Rachel. That was a miscalculation, and while I'd understand siccing the Retjulls on his Star Wars figures, Andrew doesn't deserve that.

After more than an hour in my sister's company, getting dragged from shop to shop, I start plotting her demise as well. I'm just not a good shopper, although I would be more than happy to troll through comic shops with Andrew.
Maybe it's just because I like him so much. He's easy to get into because I'm way too much of a geek for anyone's sanity.
One of my bosses is still baffled by my

Nice to hear you're enjoying it.
The whole thing is a mass of loosely connected drabbles and ficlets based on challenges, it is tagged under london. The series that kicked it off is another group of drabbles and ficlets that form a longer story, they're tagged under rome. There's a couple of longer pieces thrown into the mix for ficathons, but mostly they're short — via LiveJournal — posted by Red Wolf at 13.09.2007 20:56 AEST |

Hmmm... I shouldn't admit it, but I was one of those geeks who could get lost for hours at a time in a comic book shop; and it still happens to me, in bookstores — via LiveJournal
