by Red WolfThe Doctor heard Jack and Rose bickering long before they returned. "Oi! Hold it down." He broke into a grin when he saw them walk through the door.
Jack was wearing Speedos, a pair of negative handprints on his chest and a sunburn of almost radioactive brightness.
"Fall asleep in the sun, Jack?"
"She did this to me." Jack pointed at Rose.
"He got fresh with the sunscreen." Rose bit back.
Jack glared and stalked off to the medical bay.
The Doctor watched him go and turned back to a smirking Rose. "Should be fun when he sees his back."

I'm not a fan of the sunburn, but hand print bikini top marks are funny. Provided it's not you who's stuck with it — via LiveJournal

Been there, done that, with sunburn. Way too many times. At least poking at computers encourages you to stay inside out of the evil orange ball of fire in the sky — via LiveJournal

And you're pretty much stuck with the results until the tan fades. Unless you try the fake tan and get orange handprints instead — via LiveJournal

Ouch, that's got to hurt! I like drabbles. This one was very funny, but I do feel a pang of empathy for Jack. Sunburn is not good! But I'll imagine Rose and the Doctor making it up to him though. Yogurt on the skin can help with sunburn... sorry, I'm just visualising that :-) I do like this fic! — via fanfiction.net
