by Red WolfSpike was idly flicking through a novelty desk calendar. "Exactly why are you covering Andrew's office in Post-Its?"
Dawn looked over her shoulder. "It will annoy Andrew and if we take a photo of our work and send it to 3M, they may send us a big box of more Post-Its."
Spike snorted at the thought of self-perpetuating insanity that invoked. "Wouldn't it just be easier to keel-haul him?" He held up the calendar.
Rachel chuckled. "That's Talk Like a Pirate Day. I don't think you're meant to get that far into character."
"Well, that takes the fun out it."

If it wasn't Post-Its, it would have just degenerated into a Thinkgeek inspired cube war. I really must resist the lure of Thinkgeek — via LiveJournal

They do seem to be an inventive lot, although it's probably a good thing their more bloody urges are kept mostly in check — via LiveJournal

Well, that takes the fun out it.

I think I've read all of your Buffy stories so I thought telling you how much I enjoy them is way over due. I envy the concise way you write and manage to tell an entire story in so few words. (My family reckons it can take me 200 words just to say hello) I like your Dawn/Spike stories; a favourite coupling of mine and I wish Joss had kept up that friendship during season 7 — they were fun together. I'm looking forward to reading more from you — via fanfiction.net
