by Red WolfDropping his keys on the table, Andrew headed for the kitchen, stopping in surprise as he saw the mess.
Xander stood in the middle of the room, holding a damaged pressure cooker lid in one hand, a cloth in the other and looking more lost than Andrew had ever seen him. A chicken wing fell from the ceiling, hitting Xander's shoulder and triggering a facial tic.
Taking the cloth from Xander, Andrew wiped down the phone and called the Watcher's in-house cleaner. If he could remove eviscerated demon-related evidence from public buildings, handling a chicken-coated kitchen should be a snap.

I like it — Andrew as the competent one, and Xander totally lost. Well, Andrew does cook, and, according to Anya, Xander is hopeless at any sort of housework.

It's always good to know someone who's down with the removal of inground demon intestine. (Bicarb of soda, milk and a wire brush, but you want to get to it as soon as possible, because Grelx demon bile will eat through concrete if left unattended.) You never know when that kind of knowledge will come in handy kitchen — via LiveJournal
