Pressed against the tree, Rose held her breath as several large beasts galloped past their hiding place. "You said this planet was like a children's story. So far, we've come close to being drowned, garrotted and eaten. The stories I grew up with were nothing like this."
"You only know the sanitised versions of tales that were originally meant to educate children about the dangers around them." The Doctor took Rose's hand and led her deeper into the woods.
"Like not leaving the path?" Rose looked around.
The Doctor grinned. "If you see a wolf, you might want to run."
