by Red WolfRose and Jack had spent hours arranging an intricate series of ropes, pulleys and buckets. Their weeks of planning had resulted in a Rube Goldbergesque contraption of insane complexity that had taken over a large part of the library.
The Doctor arrived as Jack was checking the last knot, "You'll have to get up earlier in the day to catch me out." Easily disabling their trap, the Doctor delighted in his companions' looks of defeat and turned to leave in triumph, only to be peppered with a sticky storm of marshmallow missiles.
Jack nudged Rose. "Always have a plan B."
