PayPal Policy Delayed Again
eBay has delayed its 15 July deadline to impose a new payment system until a review by the competition watchdog is completed. On its web site, eBay Australia said:
Changes to eBay.com.au scheduled for 15 July are being postponed until the review process with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) regarding its recent draft notice is complete
